For this reason, we urge you to always let us know in advance i.e. before your package is delivered at the warehouse. Tell us via email that you have a package you want to arrive in Dominica for a particular date. Do not forget to share the date and time you expect your package to be in Dominica. If you have Tracking numbers and invoices upload them with your message.

You can also pre-alert the package if you have already placed the order then send a message directly from the message section at the bottom of the page with that package.
