We catalog each individual package received at the warehouse. This is time consuming as it involves taking photos of all items that arrive, checking and classifying all content and verifying the integrity of the goods. Your package(s) will be logged into your MyRushPack account within 1-2 business days from the date of delivery. Please note that we sign for the package in bulk, not each individual package. Packages delivered on Saturdays will be logged in to your MyRushPack account by the close of business on Monday. You will receive an email as soon as your package is logged into your MyRushPack account.
- a) We ship several times per week.
- a) There are no cutoff times.
- c) Transit time to Dominica is 2 – 5 business days.
- d) If no problems are encountered before or during transit, packages usually arrive 2 days after leaving the warehouse. HOLIDAYS IN THE US AND DOMINICA MAY ALSO AFFECT DELIVERY TIMES.
- e) If you have urgent packages, we simply walk the additional mile to clear the package the same or the following day – PLEASE STAY IN TOUCH WHEN YOUR PACKAGE IS URGENT!
