Please read the following procedures and functions below which explains how we do what we do.

First, we do things differently from others, however, ordering and shipping with us is supposed to be as easy as 123! The process ONLY becomes complicated when you do otherwise. 

(1) Order a package
(2) You MUST pre-alert that package when it is shipped by the vendor –  The warehouse has implemented a $1-00 USD charge on items entering the warehouse without pre-alerts.
(3) We receive your package then have it  prepared for shipping and delivery to you quickly and hassle-free – for free!
