Payments

  1. a) when we send you an invoice for freight, it goes to your registered email address. This means that your package/s are available for pickup. 
  2. b) the package status in your MyRushPack Dashboard may also say “AVAILABLE
  3. c) when you receive an email with your invoice please click “VIEW INVOICE” to see the full billing details.
  4. d) payment options are at the bottom of the invoice.
  5. e) if you’re paying via MoBanking or NCCU you must pay and send a screenshot of your payment VIA eMail – before we can make a delivery. 
  6. f) if you’re paying in cash then we deliver and collect the cash. It would be very helpful if you tell us in advance that you’ll need change and how much.
