MyRushPack runs a (Micro-Niche) service

Getting a better understanding what we do and why we do it before shipping to our warehouse!

*The pricing of our services is in no way questionable. As stated on our website, costing is set specifically for the type of operation in the micro-niche that we conduct. One that meets customers’ demands 99% of the time.

  • Also note that freight billing is not relative to the cost or the amount of items in your packages.

  • With DHL, billing isn’t only about weight, package dimensions also play a critical role in the cost of getting your packages to Dominica as quickly and safely as possible.

  • *We double check all packages for correct Physical & Dimensional Weight upon arrival and prior to sending freight invoices to customers.

You should only use our system if you understand that the service we are offering is specific to on -demand delivery requirements.

    a) Our Services: Freight forwarding & Delivery at your location
    b) Micro-Niche Focus: On-time, last minute package arrival

    The Problem

  • We frequently hear complaints about other shipping agents’ inability to deliver packages on time – with no good explanation. Customers lose patience as this hinders their opportunities to attend events, parties etc. as their much-coveted outfit sadly arrives long after the special day has passed.

    ѾѾѾѾѾѾѾѾѾѾѾѾѾ

    Our Solution to the problem?

  • MyRushPack was set up in 2017 to eliminate this exact pain. It must be reiterated that – MyRushPack should not be considered your regular shipping option if you feel that it is too costly for you. However, if you ever need something to arrive just in time, our system is designed to do just that.
Customers trust us with their last-minute shipments every time because “we work with them to make it work for them.”

  • Reliability is in-demand – therefore MyRushPack is not in a price war, and we’ve set ourselves apart from competition by meeting the customers’ exact requirement. A study of other services out there helped us to create a system that’s laser focused on strict guarantees set to give comfort to customers, knowing that they will receive packages on time without apologies. In addition to that, we also form alliances with the key people in authority and middlemen in our pathway to help us meet those demands.

    The Pre-Alerting Issue

  • Sadly, more than 50% of customers who do not Pre-Alert, give the excuse by saying that other companies don’t ask for pre-alerts or invoices – this is “grossly inaccurate and counterproductive.”
In fact, this is just one of the problems faced with other freight forwarding agents why customers’ packages get delayed time and time again.
Invoices are always required in advance to be able to operate efficiently & hence the integrity of MyRushPack operations.

    ѾѾѾѾѾѾѾѾѾѾѾѾѾ

    What really is a Pre-Alert?

  • To Pre alert means you are letting us know in advance that your package is coming. The advanced details help with many things: 1) Rapid Insurance Claims for your lost or damaged articles, 2) When you query a package it helps us save time when we instantly see what you are having a problem with 3) Warehouse processing 4) Most importantly – CUSTOMS Processing.
We can most effectively assist you if you have already had a pre alert in your MyRushPack account.

  • Invoices are required in advance by all shipping agents as far as we know.
Hence, we continually urge and advise customers to pre alert when the vendor ships their packages.

  • Rightfully so and be aware that we should not ship your items without first receiving invoices for them. The fact that we go against these rules to help customers receive their packages quickly, it should not be taken for granted especially when you are expecting urgent shipments.

    KNOWLEDE IS POWER!
OUR KNOWLEGE BASE IS OVERLOADED WITH INFORMATION – JUST SEARCH TO FIND.

All this information and more is in the *’KNOWLEDGE BASE’* on our website. We will accept blame whenever things go wrong on our part, but not when customers overlook important procedures that help us to move swiftly as we intend to with shipments.
