Things to take note of:

• a) We use only Express Courier Systems for fast shipping. 

Please note that although this is a costly shipping option – we do not charge you the full Express cost – instead, we only charge $9.00 EC per lb. Depending on the weight and size of your package. 

• b) Be aware when shipping large or heavy items – our warehouse will weigh and measure your packages to find their rates. 
• c) We do not bill customers based on the cost of their items – We charge EC $9 per dimensional or physical pound of your package.

Most packages will be measured instead of using its actual weight since these packages take up more space and will hence, cost more to ship.

For example – [ if an item weighing 1 lb. on the scale is shipped in a much larger package or box, the actual weight and size of the item, it will probably end up being 3lbs instead of 1 lb. due to the size of that package. ]

• d) Consider the “OTHER COSTS” when you receive our freight invoice. You will see the following compulsory charges: Tailgate, Shipping Insurance and Service Fees. 

Additionally, you may find Customs Duties on your bill if your item goes over $150 EC. Remember that Customs add your merchant invoice total to the freight to find the total cost of your items.

• e) Be aware that Customs also do not recognize merchant invoices with COUPONS & DISCOUNTS when calculating your package total.
